At around 4:30pm, we identified a certificate issue with the static assets of Launchpad and had resolved it by 5:30pm.

The issue has now been addressed and Launchpad is fully operational. An internal retrospective will take place to identify improvements that will ensure an outage of this nature will not reoccur.
